It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Eugene Minard, a dearly loved father and husband, known for his off-beat sense of humor and strong devotion to family. David left us peacefully on December 6, 2024 at the age of 78.
David was born on December 14, 1945 to Elwyn and Helen Minard in Evanston, Illinois. His adventurous spirit eventually led him across the country and overseas, where he honorably served …
