I have good memories of talking with Dave at baseball games about photography. He always loved taking pictures of Tiyler at his games. He took some great pictures! I still have copies of some of them. Since Tiyler was his grandson and my grandson too, we had a lot in common. We loved talking about baseball too.

I love photography too so we spent a lot of time on that topic. He was a great guy with lots of hobbies and interests. He will be missed by his family and friends.

I was fortunate to meet Dave through the IU Alumni Association. I enjoyed the conversations we had about journalism and photography, a shared passion for us both. Also have fond memories of cheering on our Hoosier football team. I'm sorry to hear of his sudden departure but grateful our lives intersected. Sincere condolences to his family and friends.
