David Alan Gallagher, 63, of Mount Holly, NC, passed away on July 12, 2022. Preceding his death are his parents, Edward and Elizabeth Gallagher. Surviving him are his wife, Susan Rae Gallagher, and their three children (i) Douglas Gallagher (Faith Frazier Gallagher), (ii) Tracey Gallagher Kemper (Michael Kemper) and (iii) Kyle Gallagher. David is also survived by his two sisters, Nancy Olyha (Steve Olyha) and Barbara Ferrell (Dave Ferrell), as well as many nieces and nephews.

David was born and raised in Yonkers, NY. After his college graduation, he moved to the sunshine state. David met the love of his life, Susan Rae in West Palm Beach, FL. They were married on October 16, 1987.

David worked in the aviation industry for forty years managing fueling departments. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family (he only missed one day of work in his entire career)! David was known for being the tough guy on the outside, but a soft-hearted man on the inside. David loved the NY Giants, Italian food, Cheesecake and his four pound dog, Pinky.

The family will be holding a Celebration of Life service on September 4, 2022 at 2pm at 1159 Dali Blvd, Mount Holly, NC 28120.
