David John "Dave" Bennett III passed away at his home in Springfield, Pennsylvania, on March 22, 2025, of esophageal cancer. He was 76 years old.
Known affectionately as “The Dave” among friends—because he refused to be just “the other Dave”—he was truly one of a kind. His wit, intellect, and presence made him unforgettable in every circle he moved through.
