Darwin Foster, a cherished father and papa, passed away on May 13, 2025. Born on January 15,1953, to Gladys and Frank Foster.
Darwin was a Navy veteran serving from1971-1975. From there he owned Shep’s Auto for numerous years. After retiring the shop Darwin worked for Tysons. Throughout Darwins life he owned/ operated many race cars retiring this hobby in 2015. In his most recent years, Darwin’s cherished hobby was fixing the lawn mowers for Ragz …
