I worked with Darian 20 years ago (how is that possible!?) and I think it says everything that upon hearing of his passing my heart absolutely shattered. He had that type of lasting impact. It doesn't matter how long ago he was part of your life, he stayed forever as a part of your heart. He was one of those people who made life better in every way, just by being around. He somehow made you feel happier, more comfortable, more confident, calmer. I can't imagine the pain his family is feeling, but I'm so thankful that his legacy can live on through his beautiful wife and daughters. I am so grateful that our paths crossed.
