I remember Daniel as a high school drama kid who always had a smile on his face. He radiated joy and kindness. I was so sad when I heard of his passing. My heart goes out to his Mother and to all those who loved him. He will be missed. I pray for the repose of his soul.

When I think about Daniel, I hear his laugh, see his smile, and feel his vibrant energy that could both light up any room and lighten any mood. His quick wit and charisma paired so naturally with his kind heart and gentle authenticity; he truly was one-of-a-kind. For years, in high school, we spent many hours together in theater rehearsals, hanging out in the St. Agnes courtyard, and just enjoying life, wherever the day took us. I remember many things from those days, but what I remember most is laughter and joy when Daniel was around. No matter what situation you were in, Daniel made sure you knew that you weren't in it alone. Whether you needed a supportive shoulder or a good belly laugh, he was there for you. I feel incredibly grateful to have had Daniel in my life, and I will always treasure our friendship and our memories together.

Today I heard the new of Daniel's passing. Very saddened - because the physical earth lost a vibrant person. Daniel and I have not crossed paths in many many years, we worked together at Cameron/SLB. And the first thing that came across my mind was his amazing smile! That radio voice, and his laughter. I know that he's smiling in heaven - it's all he could do!
