Cynthia Jean Williams was born in and grew up in Cleburne, TX. She was a loving wife and best friend to Cecil Yates, Jr for 60 years. She was an adoring mother to her children, Christi and Cody, an extraordinary mother-in-law to Jeff and Dee, and the greatest Mimi ever to Natali, Zoe, and Ray.
Cindy's interests throughout her life were many and diverse. As a young girl, she excelled at sports like volleyball and …
