Cora's obituary

Lyons,

Mrs. Elizabeth Robitzsch, age 74, of Lyons, died Sunday, May 18, 2014 in the Community Hospice House in Vidalia after an extended illness. She was a native of Ailey, lived in Hinesville and Metter for several years, and moved to Lyons in 1964. She was a legal secretary for W.L. Salter and Charles Cook Law Firm, and for many years, was a deputy clerk for the Clerk of Superior Court in Toombs County. She was an avid landscape artist.

Mrs. Robitzsch is survived by her husband, Henderson Robitzsch of Lyons; four children, Tony Robitzsch and wife Reeba of Wetumpka, Alabama, Kathy Williams of Savannah, Robin Robitzsch of Wilmington Island, and Amy Barnes and husband Derek of Uvalda; her mother, Corene Dykes Mason Dugger of Wrightsville; one sister, Sue Wells and husband Gene of Wrightsville; one brother, William “Bill” Mason and wife Sharon of Brunswick; two grandchildren, Kira Edmondson of Valley, Alabama and Wesley Williams of Vidalia; and two great-granddaughters, Taylor and Kelsey Harmon of Valley.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 20th at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Reece Mincey officiating. Entombment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
