Background
The Lord called our Beloved Mother, Connie Colette Robinson Hall home on Thursday, February 10, 2022. She valiantly battled both lung cancer and metastatic brain cancer for the better half of 2021. In the midst of this battle, she selflessly continued to serve God, her family, and the church she loved.
Connie was surrounded by love and covered by peace as her loved ones held her hands, hugged her neck and kissed her brow while whispering affirmations as the Lord and all of Heaven welcomed her through those gates that we all hope to enter. We know that she heard, "Well Done."
The purpose of this fundraiser is to help with funeral and burial expenses so that Connie may be laid to rest in a manner befitting to her.
As it became necessary, both of Connie's daughters were her full-time caregivers and were no longer employed by the outside world. Her loving sister joined the caregiving team as additional assistance was needed.
Connie loved her meditation notes; she even continued to write her notes during her courageous fight. Some of her last notes, which she left for her daughters read:
No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Enemies, heartbreaks, and temptations will always come in life. God wants to move before you, beside you, and behind you. God will supply all of your needs. God will put you in a place to listen. In life you have to have the right partner. When you have God, you have the right partner. God has you; God always has your back. GOD'S GOT YOU! God protects you from all sides. God will take care of you, he will dry your tears, Thank You God! This Too Shall Pass!
The Lord gave Connie this meditation to share with her daughters and family because as Matthew 6:8 reads, "Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him." Before her passing, the Lord gave our Mother a Word that He knew that we needed to hear at this time. Our Beloved Mother knew that we would need to hear at this time.
Despite the storms that are still brewing, Connie's daughters are determined to make sure her selfless legacy and integrity are remembered forever.
We ask that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Connie Robinson Hall Memorial fund.
