Born on December 20, 1955 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Cruz and Jesus Barrio, Concepcion Barrio passed peacefully in her sleep at home on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. The first of six children, Concha is survived by four sisters, husband Donald J. Kinda, her dog Moony, and an adoring group of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and friends. A proud immigrant, she was a caretaker and memory-keeper for her siblings and, with boundless heart, continued to be so …
