Colin Allan was born on May 4, 1946 in Durban, South Africa, to the late Violet Allan and the late Seymour Allan. He passed away at age 74 on March 1, 2021 in Kettering, England. Colin attended Grosvenor Boys' High in Durban. He was in the civil cabling industry until retiring in 2012 when he moved to Texas with his wife. Colin was the husband of Teresa O'Neill Allan.
