Clint Paul Bissell, 73, of Clearfield, Utah passed away on July 4, 2023, surrounded by family.
Paul was born to Sherman Wayne & Ruby Bissell on February 24, 1950, in Pineville, Louisiana. Paul was raised in Alexandria, Louisiana, and spent much of his growing up years with his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
