My grandpa loved his music on his radio, snapping his fingers to the beat and just vibing in his own little world. He’d be posted up reading one of his books or watching his Madea movies and TV shows—or really, just letting the TV watch him half the time. He loved his pork rinds, honey buns, and always had to have that Zero Sugar Squirt soda. Anytime we brought him what he asked for, he’d clap every single time like it was Christmas morning.
He was a pain in my butt sometimes and we had our moments, but I sure do miss him. Especially the way he’d just look over at me and smile outta nowhere. It was truly a blessing to still have my grandfather while I did. I’ll always hold those little memories close.

My brother-in-law was a loving, caring, patient person. He would give to family when in need and enjoyed family gatherings. His brother and me would call him to say hi and we enjoyed conversing with him. We thank his precious daughter for caring for him many years. We thank God for delivering him from pain and suffering. Amen
