To Claire’s family- may you know how loved she was by her nursing family as well. She was so full of compassion and she was such an advocate for her patients, her team, and for life. She is missed and will never be forgotten. Sending so much love to you all today!

To Claire's family, I am so sorry for your loss.  I worked with Claire for a few years at Overlake Clinics and she was a bright light and a beautiful soul.  I would tell her frequently that she was the most mature nurse I have ever met for her age.  When I saw that she was the nurse in clinic that day I just knew things would run smoothly.  She was so competent, compassionate and very smart.  I was devastated when I heard of her passing.  The world truly lost a great person.

Sending you Love

Bill and Colleen, words cannot even begin to express the sadness I feel in my heart  for you. Since they were little girls, your Claire and my Jordan were best friends. From school to theater to college room mates she was always there for Jordan. Claire was such a beautiful person who radiated  kindness every time I saw her. I don’t think you could know her and not love her. My heart just breaks for you. No words can take away your pain but I wanted to say You are in my thoughts.
I am so sad to hear about her loss. We grew up together playing sports and singing choir. My dad used to coach our soccer team back when we were kids. She was always so happy and so bright! She was the kindest most open hearted person you would ever meet. We will all miss her. I found some old photos i will post from our childhood days
Claire was a fourth grade student of mine. I see from the pictures that her effervescent smile continued throughout her life. A smile that encouraged all of us to be the best we could be. Claire helped me to become a better teacher just by being herself. Truly a wonderful young lady.

Claire was such a beautiful soul. It's impossible to not love her. I have so many memories of her just laughing and being silly or playing at her parents house as a teens, on the soccer field, or randomly anywhere she was. I have often thought of her fondly over the years. I wish you all the healing through this unimaginable time.

Olive juice, Claire.

Claire was the baby of this group and shined brighter than those silver jackets.

Claire was one of the sweetest people I have ever known! We were friends for a brief time in high school when we did theater together. I will always remember her infectious smile and the happiness that she radiated to everyone around her.

My sincerest condolences to everyone affected by the passing of this couple. May God comfort your hearts.

I first met Claire when we did middle school theater together and then I later attended Stanwood High School with her. I recently got to spend more time with her taking tap classes, which was a happy coincidence. She was truly a light, and it’s devastating that she and her husband were taken from this world so young. My condolences are with you as you grieve her loss. She was loved by so many and will be missed.

To Claire's family,

I live on Hwy 26 where this accident occurred. I have been wondering ever since, about this couple, taken away too young. Thank you, for sharing Claire's story here. I'm just a stranger in Oregon, but my heart breaks for you. I believe all of us, in this community, felt this one. May God hold you and bless you as you grieve. I am SO very sorry for your great loss.

I had the pleasure of working with Claire and although it was a work from home job ( me in Ca and her in WA) we vibed on a personal level easily. She was a joy to work with and talk to outside of work. I always told her if we ever did work together in person I probably wouldn't get any work done because I'd be too busy laughing at all her jokes. She was an awesome, authentic, person that I am thankful and grateful to have crossed paths with. Thank you Claire....for everything. May you rest in peace.
Claire and I were in a tap class together the last several years. She was a joy to learn with and was quick to laugh — my experience of her mirrors remembrance of her here. She will be missed. My heart goes out to her family and close friends.
I didn't know Claire well, but she was absolutely the heart and life of our tap crew that just performed with her a month ago. Her presence alone could make a space welcoming. She will be so missed. 💔
Bill and Colleen, Words cannot describe my sorrow when I heard about this.  You and your family are in our prayers. God bless you folks.
