Cindy Serrano, born January 5, 1971, in Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on September 27, 2024, in a tragic car accident while evacuating from the East Tennessee Flood caused by Hurricane Helene. Cindy was a longtime resident of Detroit and Taylor, Michigan, before fulfilling her dream of living near the Smoky Mountains in Newport, Tennessee, where she spent her last years.
