Christopher William Stout never met a stranger. He was kind, accepting, loving and witty beyond any normal standards. Indeed, Chris, to most, was far from normal. His personality could be described as charming, funny and magnetic. He could light up a room with his infectious smile and laughter. But most important of all, Chris was a child of God.
