Christopher's obituary
It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Christopher Adams, a deeply cherished individual, born on January 1, 1995, and departed from this world, too soon, on May 19th, 2024. His warm, caring personality and inherent kindness will always be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Christopher leaves behind his adoring father, Denny Adams, and his mother, Catherine Thompson, who shared an unbreakable bond with him. His sister, Krystina Adams, shared many childhood memories, and his beloved niece, Reina Alfara, will carry his memory into the future. He is also survived by his grandmother, Eileen Lockard, Uncle, Will Lockard, and his Aunts, Kara Thompson and Karen Higgins.
He now rests with his predeceased family members, including his grandfathers, Doyle Lockard and William Thompson, his grandmother, Cathy Thompson, and his uncle, Robert Thompson. Their spirits will be with Christopher in his eternal rest.
Christopher's passions were rooted in his love for playing guitar. His ability to learn a song within minutes encapsulated his talent and intelligence. His legacy is one of kindness and generosity towards others, and the importance of family - a testament to the incredible person he was.
Christopher's passing from this world is a tragedy that cannot be muted. We wish to channel our grief into bringing awareness to the drug epidemic in our country, particularly for teenagers and young adults. Christopher's name will be used to spread a message of hope and love to those who need encouragement to stay in programs and succeed.
In lieu of flowers, we're raising funds for the Florida Harm Reduction Collective, a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 86-3321717). Donations can be made at this webpage: https://everloved.com/life-of….
Christopher's life motto was "It's important to be an individual and to stand up for what you believe in." His words encapsulate the spirit with which he lived, and will continue to inspire those who knew him. We will miss Christopher dearly, but his teachings and memory will always live on within us.
