Chris was literally the brightest in every room he walked into. God has kept him on my heart for years, like anyone else who knew who he was. A musical savant and a true friend. He been everywhere from southern California, Seattle, New York and Miami, blessing many people with his presence.
I consider myself blessed to have had the opportunity to call him my friend and brother.

Christopher was my nephew and I loved him very much. Tho I hadn't seen him in years, he was always on my mind. In fact the day he passed I was thinking about him and what he was up to. My son knows about him as his cousin that used to say "caca 'tuff" and "thank'em." He loved his grandparents, mom, dad and sister Krystina. Christopher was a special dude. Rugged, handsome, charming, quick smile/laugh, and always thinking of others. That is the Christopher I remember.
Some of my favorite memories of Christopher was when I took him to the Tampa Zoo when he was 3 years old. Bubby (my dad/his grandfather) gave me his stroller and car seat. When we got to the zoo, I got the stroller out and Christ said I don't like the stroller. I am a big boy, not a baby. So I said to him ok but you can't run away from Uncle Bubba. You stay with me. He did. He stuck to me like glue and we had an awesome time. He loved the gorilla exhibit which he called the big monkey. Went there 5 or 6 times just so he could see the big monkey. Afterwards we went to Burger King where an older gentleman said hi to him and shook his hand. The older gentleman said your dad and you having fun? He said he isnt my dad, silly, that's MY Uncle Bubba! hahahaha He said it so emphatically and directly like how dare you not know who Uncle Bubba is. The older gentleman said sorry sorry. He looked at men and said he is a great kid! He was a charming kid. On the way home he begged me to open the hole in the roof (the moon roof) of my car as it was "pretty cool." Then he passed out on the way home. Got home and he had to tell Bubby all about the big monkeys, how cool the zoo was and going to Burger King. To me, HIS Uncle Bubba, it was one of those rare, perfect days that stand out in all my many memories.
He was always a joker and had funny things to say. He loved his little cars and trucks. He loved his "firef*ck" or firetruck...hahaha wonder where he got his language from...Later in life, after I moved to the Philippines, we talked from time to time in messenger and YM. He was playing guitar and always asking me about how to play this song or that song and showing me what he had learned. Last spoke to him in 2013 I think...then we lost touch. Like I said he was always on my mind.
Cat, Dennis and Tina, I am so sorry for you loss. I have no words to convey that could even begin to soft this, but just know he loved you guys. I am here if you need anything.
Christopher, can't wait to see you again someday on the other side. Let's go see the big monkeys then. I love you, kiddo. RIP dude.

Dennis, Catherine and Krystina,
I’m so sorry for the loss of Chris. I hold special memories with Chris as he spent time in CT with Bubby and we would spend time with him. Please know the God is near the brokenhearted and will comfort you if you ask! I love you all.

Once Chris learned of my kidney disease and that I was starting dialysis, he called and told me he wanted to give me one of his kidneys. This is how giving and loving he was since he was a little guy!
