I am remembering and honoring Chris on this first anniversary of his passing.

He was an extraordinary son, brother, husband and father.

Expressing my sincerest condolences to your family. My heart broke for you when I heard the news. Sending lots of love and hugs to you all.
Yesterday was such a beautiful tribute to Chris. I hope it brought some comfort to all of you.  So much love and so many prayers are being sent your way.  He will be forever missed and always cherished -- 'til we all meet again.

We’re so sorry for your unimaginable loss, and you’ll be in our thoughts and prayers.

Our family have been loyal WPVI viewers for my entire life, 45 years. We played "chopper 6" as kids with matchbox cars and even all these years later still do with a child of our own. Chris' talent made that possible. We We now stand with the Dougherty family in their time of grief, just like we did for Jim O'Brien, Gary Papa, and Eric Hughes before. You brought us the news, good and bad. We bring you our prayers and best wishes to continue Chris' legacy and passions.

With much love,

The McBride and Blissick Families

Loyal WPVI viewers

Our thoughts are with you and your girls. Chris was a wonderful person.

My condolences to the Dougherty family. Chris and I went to high school together and were football teammates. He was one of the most kind people I have ever met.
