I was so sad when I heard the news of Chipo's passing.
I have so many fond memories of Chipo but something that really stands out is that she was always willing to help out when she could. She was always there when I needed someone to talk to. She was the type of person who would always light up the room with her beautiful smile. I will definitely miss her.
Heaven will definitely be amazing when we meet again.
To the family, I pray God comforts you during this difficult time.
I am praying for the family. I didn’t have the chance to get to know Chipo personally, but her spirit touched me in a special way. She is someone who I admire from afar, her kindness, her love for Jesus. I want to have the peace she has and the effect she gives to others. Sending nothing but love and gratitude.
Condolences to the Chibendes. May Father God come especially close to each one of you and cover you with comfort, grace, mercy, anything you need, at this difficult time. God knows. We continue to lift you up in prayer. Sending hugs.
I met Chipo my freshman year at Union College. I felt small, terrified and felt so alone. Chipo had this beautiful smile, that would light up the room. I met Chipo on an Alpha community event. We were going to provide goods for the homeless and she rode with me. She was a lovely, caring young soul and just as beautiful on the inside as she was outside. She definitely had compassion for others as Jesus did. She fought a good fight and will be terribly missed.
