Update from Nov. 25, 2025
Hello Everyone,
Unfortunately we lost Renate this past Sunday morning. She passed peacefully in her sleep. I am sure we are all devastated to lose her as she was a very beautiful woman inside and out who wanted to share all her love with everyone she could. It doesn’t quite feel real, and I don’t think it will for a while. I keep thinking she’s gonna walk through our door and tell me to stop freaking everyone out My condolences to everyone’s loss with her as she always was invested and cared for every relationship she had. She has left quite a giant imprint in all our lives and I am happy we all had the chance to love her and receive her love.
We are working on following her wishes and maneuvering this unfamiliar terrain. We also know how much she would love to have seen all the love she carried along so we have developed this website on Ever Loved
Please feel free to post photos and stories of her as we would love to read them. There is also a section for donations if you would like, although please don’t feel obligated whatsoever. This would cover any of the funeral home expenses, travel expenses for family members and expenses related to her Celebration of Life. Seriously though, she’s gonna haunt me if you feel obligated so please don’t donate unless it’s a comfortable place for you
As for her Celebration of Life, we are not entirely sure on dates but are looking at late January. I will keep you all informed and post any updates to this page or the Ever Loved one.
And most of all, please remember she wanted everyone to embrace the life and love she received and gave. I told her before it was a bit unrealistic to ask me not to be sad, but I sure as hell gonna celebrate and give gratitude for her presence in mine.
