Dress layered warm - it's a bit colder than Reno temperatures as it is more shaded - recommend beanies, jackets, light gloves, etc. There is an inside, but it is not implausible doors will be open depending on the number of people. Wear what you will be comfortable in. We will likely be dressed in neutral colors (place is not fine dining fancy, but like a casual dress up), but if your winter coat or favorite warm hat is brightly colored just go for it. In the end it doesn't bother us unless your showing up decked out in Elvis's jumper and then at that point you better be willing to hop up on the mic and commit to the bit.
