Charles (Tom) Thomas Weaver took his last breath while residing in Evanston, IL on March 6, 2023. Tom was born April 19, 1941 to parents Robert and Helen Weaver of Noblesville, Indiana. Tom attended Purdue University on a Naval scholarship and was Commissioned into the Navy at age 22, where he served for 22 years before retiring in Hawaii. He began his family later in life and married his wife of 31 years on August …
