Charles was born on May 21, 1959, in Abilene, Texas and was son to Richard and Sara Scherperel. He was the eldest brother to Sean and Aaron Scherperel, and grew up in Kingsville, Texas.
Charles was known as a good friend, yogi, great storyteller, hard worker, and giving father. His personality brought joy and laughter to everyone he encountered, and he loved playing pranks on people! He was extremely talented with drafting in the engineering …
