Chuck could read minds. It would not take much to know he was listening and understanding what can be hard to express. His eyes alone would let one know his recognition of empathy and interest. In turn, it was a joy to hear and see his love for his family. The heavens have a bright new star.

Rare individuals positively impact other lives, and the multiplier effect can effect many more. I believe Chuck may have contributed to thousands of humans leading better lives and a more purpose filled view of life. A wonderful legacy which is fitting for a one of a kind person

My Dear Franklin Family,
My heart just hurts for you all. Chuck was such a unique , brilliant and special person. He loved you all so and will be missed. He was a great 2nd dad to both of my children. We will always have happy memories of time spent with your family. Keeping you in our thoughts at this difficult time
