Its been 3 weeks since your passing and i am still finding myself looking for you to come over. I miss YOU! Grief is such a horrible way to remember loved ones but we have to go through it. the pain and missing you, Momma, and granddaddy will NEVER go away but I know each day I will learn to live without seeing or talking to you. I love you Dad, love Brandy

I met him when I was 9 but came to live with Daddy when I was 13 yrs old. One of the Best things in my life to ever happen.
Definitely going to Gatlinburg. Daddy was like a kid. I loved it

My first trip to Dollywood was with David, Brandy, and Dewayne. You could tell from that trip he was used to long days on the road. He drove us all there that morning, we all did the park, then he drove us all back that same night. No clue how he stayed away for that trip, but he did!
Daddy had this Amazing knack of making people laugh without even trying. He was quirky and silly to the point you would cry from laughter.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY “DADDY”
I Love You ❤️
I’ve had to really think about my post. I’m not sure how you put words to what this man meant to me. He took care of me and claimed me as his daughter not because he had to but because he wanted to. He was the hardest working man that I have ever met. A man of few words but he heard everything. I can’t imagine my life without him. I will miss him dearly but I will always carry a piece of him in my heart. I love you David. Thank you for my father!

Sending our deepest condolences to the entire Edwards family and friends. Especially to Brandy, Dewayne and Christy, you three are the ones we know best and want to send our sympathy and warmest regards to you all.

May you dad whittle away on all those wood projects in Heaven and tinker with the motors and keep to all the angels chariots running smoothly.

There is a great celebration for David as they celebrate his homecoming with a huge feast in the green fields in Heaven.

David was a peaceful man and accepted everyone he met as a friend. God rest his soul.

David Rest In Peace you are home again!

David used to come up to the flea market when we were kids and we’d walk around with him and Dewayne and drink a slushee. ☺️ I looked forward to his visits whenever he would surprise us! Those are my fondest memories.

The impact David made and left on this world will carry on through generations. His loving memory will bring joy as we all pass along the stories of his life. His warm, caring smile will live on through his children and grandchildren.
As I remember him, he was always quiet, strong, respectful and patient.

Charles David Edwards, you will forever be missed and never forgotten. The light you were in this word will constantly shine down on us all.

Daddy I will forever be happy that I screwed up when I was 13 and got to come and live with you. Otherwise I would never have known how Wonderful of a Human Being you are. You introduced me to Wrestling, Westerns and so much more. The bond that we have may have been short but I will carry our shared moments with me until I see you again. I’m so happy I decided to Brush your hair. We finally figured out what you wanted: IT WAS TO LOOK PERFECT FOR THE LORD
