Mr. Charles T. “Papa Charles” Clements, age 73, of Vidalia, died Sunday, January 19, 2020 at his home, after a sudden illness. He was a native of Tifton, as a child moved to Fitzgerald and later to Suwannee, Tennessee, where he was a 1965 graduate of St. Andrews School in Suwannee. He moved to Atlanta for a short time and has made Vidalia his home since 1970. Charles was a banker, but one of his …
