It is with the heaviest of hearts and weepiest of eyes we announce the passing of Chad Daniel “Dutch” Swindells. A forever free spirit, Dutch was someone who could walk into a room of strangers and leave with ten new friends. As quick with a punchline as he was with a shoulder to cry on, he was the life of the room.
