Cecilia (C.C., Sis) Wagner, age 78, of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin went to be with the Lord on December 2nd, 2023. She was born to Donald and Lorraine Clements in Bloomer, Wisconsin on March 21st, 1945. She worked on the family farm until She graduated from Bloomer High School. Cecilia worked many Jobs to help provide for her family and thrived in whatever she did. Cecilia was particularly gifted in sales and horticulture. Cecilia enjoyed riding motorcycles, thrifting, reading books, keeping up with current events and most of all helping others whether it be animal or human. She had a deep faith in Jesus, read her Bible, often participated in multiple Bible studies, and attended church regularly. Above all, Cecilia was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She stayed in daily contact with her daughters and was a constant source of support for them. She deeply loved her husband, Dan, and stepdaughter Angel and always made sure their home was always well cared for. Cecilia had a bigger-than-life personality and will be sorely missed.

Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents' and sister, Deonne. She is survived and missed by her husband, Dan Wagner; Step daughter Angel, her daughters, Monique Laing and Kelssee Rubenstein (Trevor); and her grandchildren, Tyler Bhukan, Alec Owens, and Madelyn McCown. Along with her brother Wayne, nephew Micheal, and niece Tiffy! There will be a private service for Cecilia in the spring/summer
