Cecilia (C.C., Sis) Wagner, age 78, of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin went to be with the Lord on December 2nd, 2023. She was born to Donald and Lorraine Clements in Bloomer, Wisconsin on March 21st, 1945. She worked on the family farm until She graduated from Bloomer High School. Cecilia worked many Jobs to help provide for her family and thrived in whatever she did. Cecilia was particularly gifted in sales and horticulture. Cecilia enjoyed riding …
