Cecile Evelyn Donnay (Cec), was born in Muncie Indiana on July 27th, 1946, and passed peacefully with her daughter at her side at Crestview Lutheran Home on November 2nd, 2023. Cecile was preceded in death by her parents Buford and Nelly Dunn, and her former husband James A. Donnay. She is also preceded in death by her brothers Tom and Dick Dunn (wife Sue), and sisters Helen Heath (husband Eugene), and Phillis Jennings (husband Donald). …
