It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Cecil Houck on April 11, 2025. Born on April 4, 1960, Cecil lived a life full of dedication, compassion, and accomplishment.

Cecil was the beloved brother of August and Rudy Houck, who survive him, and Patricia and Richard Houck, who predeceased him. He was the cherished son of the late Cecil and Euguinie Houck. Cecil was also the devoted husband of Sylvia Luz Loera, who sadly predeceased him. Cecil and Sylvia were united in marriage in 1986 and built a life filled with love and shared dreams.

Cecil was greatly admired for his skills as a licensed electrician and HVAC/R technician. His work ethic was evident in everything he did and the accomplishments and milestones he reached within his lifetime were testament to his dedication and commitment. His family and peers often lauded his meticulousness and precision in his work, which made him a much sought-after professional in his field.

Cecil will be remembered as a man who lived his life with immense courage and unwavering determination. He never shied away from hard work and always put others before himself. Despite his achievements, he remained humble, always grateful for his blessings.

May he find peaceful rest and may his family and loved ones find solace during this difficult time. He will be deeply missed by all those who were fortunate to have known him.
