It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Cecil Houck on April 11, 2025. Born on April 4, 1960, Cecil lived a life full of dedication, compassion, and accomplishment.
Cecil was the beloved brother of August and Rudy Houck, who survive him, and Patricia and Richard Houck, who predeceased him. He was the cherished son of the late Cecil and Euguinie Houck. Cecil was also the devoted husband of Sylvia Luz …
