Casey ( Catherine) Tarnacki (Behnke), at the age of 81, passed away surrounded by her loving family on January 9th, 2019. Casey was born January 31, 1937 in Jersey City, NJ. She resided in Toms River, NJ while working numerous jobs and raising her family, then moved to a quieter setting in Bracey, VA. In Bracey she was a very active volunteer with the fire department, hospital, and library; and pursued her many stamp, craft …
