Grandy was always so strong and rational whatever issue presented itself. She changed the way I viewed certain things. I still try to think of the way that she did; by finding a solution no matter how hard the process is. The answer is always worth it. Thank you Grandy. 

For example, when I would come to her for help, she would find a way to convey an answer in a way I could understand. In grade school, English was awful for me. I couldn’t comprehend tricks to remember even the basics. She tried multiple ways to get me to understand, then she finally created a solution for me. She told me to visualize the word or sentence in my mind as if I were writing it down. It clicked faster than her saying “yes to the beach”. I saw English in a different and unique way that completely changed my view and how I would appoach other challenges in life.
