Please join us for a celebration of Carl's well-lived life.
Although the celebration will begin at 9:30 am, we invite folks to begin arriving at 9:00 am to enjoy some of Carl’s favorite music and get seated. The celebration of life will be from 9:30-10:30 AM, followed by a light brunch from 10:30-11:30 AM to be served on site after the gathering.
The morning will start out a bit cool (57°F) and will warm up to about (70°F) during brunch. You may want to bring a light sweater or jacket to start out.
The UMLAUF is located on Barton Springs and Azie Morton Roads, across the street from Barton Springs Pool and catty corner to Zilker Metropolitan Park.
Parking in the UMLAUF parking lot is limited (22 spots). Please leave this close-in parking for immediate family and guests with limited mobility.

As this is a celebration of Carl's life, we encourage guests to wear something that reminds you of Carl (e.g. Texas Longhorns attire, a favorite WashU shirt, a shirt reflecting a musician he liked, etc.). No somber attire needed.
