Carl Parker, 57, of Evanston, IL, passed away on July 07, 2022 after a tumultuous battle with pancreatic.
Carl was born on August 3, 1964 to Altha Mae and Calvin Parker Jr. in Evanston, Illinois. After graduating from his beloved Evanston Township High School in 1983, he went on to study Business Administration at Eastern Illinois and play on the Eastern football team.
