Carl D Babb, 82, of Fullerton CA, passed away Wednesday August 14, 2024 in Orange, CA from COPD and Lewy Body Dementia. Born to William Owen and Delia Babb on December 22, 1941 was raised in rural Independence, KS. After graduating from Independence High, Carl joined the US Navy in 1960 and served President Kennedy for four years stationed in Long Beach, CA.
