Background
As anyone who knew Caleb is aware, he loved his animals. PacoCorp Rescue is run by a good friend of Caleb's and Stephanie's, and Caleb always believed that all animals deserve the chance at a good home. I want to thank PacoCorp for dedicating this year's student scholarship in Caleb's name. He would be so humbled.
