Caleb Alexander Smith of Augusta, Maine lost his life on the evening of Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 at Maine Medical Center. Caleb was only 59 years old. Caleb fought valiantly the last month of his life battling an acute on chronic illness that ultimately took him from us.
