Just an update to all of our friends & loved ones who have graciously helped with Cade’s living expenses as he transitions to living on his own. He has now been residing at a rental house approximately 10 minutes from where we live and is settling in nicely. He is utilizing the skills he learned while my dad was in the hospital last year so he is cooking, cleaning & taking good care of his new home. What should make his transition even better is that he is finally reunited with his dog, Lucy. She spent a month in boarding at a dog trainer so she could be house trained and able to live with Cade in his rental house. We picked her up last Saturday and she is settling in to her new environment. Cade is now assuming the role as “parent” to ensure that Lucy continues to obey all the commands she learned in her house training. On behalf of Cade, we all want to sincerely thank you again for your generosity & prayers during this challenging time. Although there is still much to do, God is good and has seen us through this challenging time. We pray for His continued guidance along w/ peace & strength.
