Beige has been a delight to this world and I'm grateful to have known her. Despite the years, I still remember her so strongly as a bright smile, brave and confident. May her memory be a blessing to Nina, Mike, and all her loved ones.

I had a privilege of working with Beige during my internship at Philadelphia Planning Commission. I still remember the first time I introduced myself to her. She showed me her yellow helmet on her shelf and told me about how she used to wear this at her old job, doing planning work for the animals at the zoo. So cool! 

I learned so much professionally and personally from Beige, who always stopped by and checked on me. I will always be grateful for her caring heart.

It was such a treat to know you Beige. I wish I had been better at keeping in touch. I will imagine you surrounded with many fuzzy animals, a warm cup of coffee, and a heart full of joy.
