Burden Lewis Langworthy, a longtime resident of Maywood, Illinois was born July 12th 1947, in Eudora, Arkansas to the late Samuel Lee Langworthy Sr, and Mary Kelly, who both preceded him in death. Burden was affectionately called by his middle name Lewis, by family members and friends.
