In loving memory of Bruce and Marlene Beal, we invite you to celebrate their life and legacy on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 10:45 AM at Dana Wharf Sportfishing & Whale Watching.

Curlew Celebration of Life:
We will set sail on the Curlew at 11:30 AM for a one and a half hour trip. You must check in by 10:45 AM at the office, located next to Jon's Fish Market, to redeem your boarding pass. There is a limited amount of available spots on the Curlew. If you are interested in attending this part of the service please email brucebealtrust@gmail.com and we will notify you of availability. ***Update the Curlew is Full-join us for the reception, see below.

If you have your own boat please join us in a "paddle-out" with boats. You can follow us as we leave the harbor at 11:30 AM.

There is parking in the Dana Wharf lot, look for signs for Sportfishing/Catalina Express. The Whale Festival and morning parade will make this very tricky, there will be road closures. For those of you traveling from out of town, some of us will be staying at the Dana Point Marina Inn. It is within walking distance of the Curlew and reception venue. There are many other hotels and Airbnb's to choose from in the area.

Wind and Sea Reception:
Following the Curlew celebration of life, please join us as we honor the memories and cherish the moments we shared together with Bruce and Marlene. The reception will be at the Wind and Sea Restaurant at 1:15 PM with some light hors d' oeuvres.

Unfortunately this space is not handicap accessible.
