Brian Severn Pena was a native of Texas, born on Galveston Island. He graduated from Santa Fe High School in 1994, where he made a lasting impression on everyone he met. Known for his lightening fast hands and feet and absolutely infectious mischievous laugh, his love and loyalty for his friends was enormous and unmistakable.
