The memorial service will be in Annapolis MD, and for that one we need a head count and you will be told which gate to enter....The location for the Celebration of Life is at the Plantation Springs Manor House. Please RSVP no later than August 10, 2023. Thank you.

If you have already RSVP'd for this event, you do not need to RSVP on this website. We want to be sure to have an accurate list of attendees. The final date that you can RSVP for the service in Annapolis is 9/15/2023. There will be a reception at the Naval Academy Club (Formerly the Officer and Faculty Club) immediately following the service.
If you are arriving by a privately owned vehicle and do not have a DOD ID (Govt or Ret. Miliary ID) please let us know for you will not require a pass. You will only have to state at Gate 8 that you are attending the Memorial Service for Brian Horais at the Columbarium (which is adjacent to Gate 8). You cannot enter Gate 1 without a qualified ID only gate 8.
