I just found out about Brads passing. He was such a good friend  to my  father. John  Crawford, who was in the navigator ministry until his passing at 90 in 2010. I guess we lost touch after that. Brad did an archive of my dads messages.  Brad rode with my 2 oldest boys on a plane from Dallas to colorado springs in 2007 so they could go to eagle lake camp . I met brad through my father in 1985. When I first moved to Dallas in 1987 we  were good friends. What a wonderful christian man with a heart of Gold .  I witnessed his generosity first hand . My dad passed in 2010 and i   lost touch with Brad.  I had no idea.  He was a lovely, lovely person. He helped so many

I’ve just learned of Brad’s passing…he was such a good friend in high school.   Such a sweet, kind spirit.  He was an inspiration to me as he truly lived his faith.  He loved the Lord and was dedicated to spreading his word around the world.  Thank you for your friendship Brad…we’ll catch-up someday.

It is difficult to believe it has been three years since Brad's death.  When I think of his grin and zest of what he enjoyed it seems so much longer; that is usually the case when you lose a friend.  He is still missed!

I know you heard this from many people, but Brad was one of the finest men I ever met. He knew my dad, Casey Verhoeven, Ardmore, Oklahoma. We were blessed to meet him when we were disposing of geological books we had. We enjoyed just spending time talking with him. We also rescue animals and Brad bought $1000 of feed for us. He never said anything and the only way we found out was the feed store contacted us. He was such a humble giving person. We, too, look forward to seeing him again in Heaven. I imagine he and all the Southern Oklahoma geologist are sitting in heaven discussing the big deals and the ones that got away.
This is mike gibbs. I worked with brad every day at the energy square office in dallas. Brad was a great man. He was always up front with me, and very knowledgeable on all topics, and situations. He taught me alot about work ethics, and life in general. I learned alot about the business that I didnt know at first; but he was very patient, and showed me in detail on how the business worked. He was a good friend who I confided in when I had some personal problems I was going threw; when my dad passed away, and when my mom was having to be placed in a nursing home at mansfield lodge near arlington; because of her arthritis. Brad was the best friend, and boss that I ever had. I still miss him; it dosen't seem like he's gone. Brad was also a great mentor. He is always going to be missed. Sometimes its hard to believe that he is gone. He will always be missed.
Brad was a good man. He taught me alot about the buisness that I never knew before and we talked alot about life in general. He was very wise and knowledgeable. He had a great crew that worked with him and helped him out. He will be missed very much. From Mike Gibbs
Oh my! I just now learned of Brad's passing. I will look forward to seeing him in heaven.
Brad served with me and others on the board of Global Mapping Int'l; I knew him since the early 1990's. He stayed in our home, cleaned out Toys-R-Us for our two daughters, and generally acted as "Uncle Brad."

Brad was a risk-taking entrepreneur with an amazing heart for the Kingdom. Like so many other's I've known over the years (and I must admit I'm in this group too ;) ) ... occasionally that got him in trouble. :-D ... yet I've seen that man's heart and investments of Kingdom resources make quite a difference all over.

May all he left behind be inspired to selfless, "faceless" service in like manner!

His blessings,
Pete Holzmann

Brad was a good friend from the Baylor days. His kind heart and devotion to Christ was an encouragement to a young and searching me. Thank you Brad and I look forward to reuniting in heaven.
I just don't believe Brad is no longer with us;
I worked for and with him for over 12 years;
We had close friendship for over 30 years;
Very generous soul, but never talked much about it. He just done it and it was his nature the way the Lord wants us to be.
I will miss Brad very dearly and I know he is in a much better place now;
I offer my deepest condolences to his family and, namely his brother Brent who loved him so much.
God bless

It was a sad day learning of the passing of Brad. I knew Brad as a geologist and later as a friend. The quick grin was his trademark as was his conservative political beliefs. Odd how we think of those we agree with as exceptionally intelligent, but Brad could be a tough opponent when you differed. One never had to worry long about how Brad felt about most things but he was very private also. I am going to miss that man and pray he has found peace. Thanks Brad for touching my life and the lives of so many others.
May he rest in peace and may God grant his family serenity while remembering shared moments.
Brad and I often passed each other in the building. I will miss his big smile and kind words. Prayers for God's comfort for you during this difficult time. Melissa Dreyer Trainer
Brad was a tremendously generous man with a unique and ultimately endearing personality that I came to appreciate and love. He was always thinking of what he could do for others, near and far, and spent much of his time and energy carrying out these endeavors. My heart goes out to his family, extended family, and his other friends. There will never be another Brad Ray; there never could be, and his presence will be missed beyond words. He is home now, with his Lord. I take great solace in this, and hope you do too.
