Bobby, 70 passed away peacefully surrounded by family at his son Jason’s home on April 20, 2023. Bobby was a veteran who served in the Marine reserves. Bobby was born on November 28, 1952 in Dallas, Texas to his parents Bob Stokes and Frances Scoggins Stokes. When he was just 18, Bobby was recruited to join the United States Marine Corp.
