Billy Joe Whaley, 61, of Bradenton, FL, passed away on June 23rd, 2021 after a tough battle with COPD.
Billy was born on October 12th, 1959 to Charles and Bessie in Greenfield, Ohio. After moving to FL, Billy grew up in Naples, FL where he would eventually meet the mother of his 4 children, William, Brandon, Daniel, and Niki.
Billy was a handyman by trade and one of the hardest working individuals, according to friends …
